Square Hue  is a monthly nail polish subscription that delivers 3 specially curated nail polish colors to your door monthly for $14.99 a month.  The BEST part is that some of the proceeds of your order go to charity :)  There's no commitment and you can cancel at any time, which is a great quality in my opinion for a subscription box!  This was my first month using Square Hue so I was excited to get home from vacation and finally try out the colors.  Each month has a different theme and for August, the theme was the Beverly Hills Passport Collection. Yes, I thought I was cool and would be super creative and throw in my passport with the picture of the collection...lame, I know. It's been about 3 weeks since I've finished the California Bar Exam.  I remember the first few days after finishing (most of which I spent sleeping), I suddenly panicked and thought "what in the world do I do now?!"  This was about to be the first time in 21 years that I wasn't starting a new school year and the past 3 years of law school had sort of made me forgotten what I loved to do in my free time.  Being in the limbo phase of the end of law school and finding out bar results is such an odd time in a person's life.  You have to find a job because pretty soon those student loans can't be ignored, but you're not yet sure if you're even an attorney.  I started to feel lost, confused, and unsure about everything.  My biggest fear has always been that feeling of uncertainty, of not knowing what's going to happen next.  I always had a plan, but right now for the first time in my life, I don't know where I'll be or what I'll be doing

My first introduction to subscription boxes was of course  Birchbox .  It's still my all-time favorite and they have the absolute best customer service I've ever encountered (you'll hear more about this in my next blog post). It seems as if I've been talking about starting a blog and gathering information for so long now that I can't believe I'm sitting down to finally write my first entry.  Then again, the entire past 3 years of my life have been such a blur that I still can't grasp the reality of where I am today.
